A strong group listed on the Euronext Growth stock exchange in Paris
In 2000 we joined forces with the French company Prologue Software (now Prologue S.A.), a company listed on the Euronext Growth stock exchange in Paris.
together we form an international group operating in Europe, the USA and South America, with a global turnover of over 111,7 million euros (according to data from 2023).
Evolution of our group
Alhambra IT has been developing through the integration of different companies that are leaders in their business areas. Each of our partnerships has made it possible to increase the range and quality of our IT services and solutions in order to reach the wide range of possibilities that we offer today, with a common goal: innovation and quality.
In 2000, Alhambra becomes part of the French group Prologue, a group that in 2022 has a turnover of more than 108 million Euros.
In 2002, Alhambra acquires the Spanish company Grupo Eidos Consultoría Informática and integrates it 100% into the company.
In 2012, Alhambra acquires the American company Imecom Group Inc and integrates it 100% into the group.
In 2015, Alhambra acquires the Spanish company Software Ingenieros and integrates it 100% into the company.
In 2015, the French group O2i is merged with the Prologue group. One of the O2i group companies is M2i Formation, leaders in Training in France.
